The same applies to any changes and amendments to the applicable General Terms. The conditions apply from the day of acceptance until cancellation or until a possible change. Coolomat d.o.o. is the holder of all material and moral copyrights over copyrighted content (content, texts, photographs, graphics, audio-video recordings, music, computer programs, and other content) published on www.coolomat.com, www.coolomat.com/eshop, reserve.coolomat.com, and the Coolomat Pick-up mobile app. Content owners may also be partners of the company or contractual collaborators, or such content may be marked with an appropriate indication of the source and author. Depending on their smartphone/tablet and availability, the user can download the Coolomat Pick-up application via the online or mobile app store, under conditions set for the Google Android mobile app store - Play. Using the application is free of charge. The user is obliged to pay for data transfer (at home or abroad) charged by the selected operator according to the currently valid price. To download and use the Coolomat Pick-Up mobile application, a connection to a mobile network or wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is required. Without network or internet connections, the mobile application works only with limited functionalities. A network connection is required for full operation and access to all features of the application. The mobile application runs on the Android (Google) operating systems. The application must be activated before use by entering your phone number. You will receive an SMS on your mobile device with the verification code, which you need to enter in the next step. After successfully verifying the code, you will complete the activation process. Activation is only possible for customers previously listed by the merchant. The customer is added to the list when they create their first order. At that time, the customer also receives an invitation to download the Coolomat Pick-Up application upon receipt of the pick-up message. The user uses the mobile application exclusively in accordance with the terms of use. The Company may unannounced and at any time cease to provide access to an individual application or its individual functions without notifying users in advance. By downloading the mobile application to your smartphone or tablet, you agree to the use of push notifications, and you will be informed of this in special notice. The purpose of using push notifications is to get acquainted with all the news in the company's offer. Through such push notifications, the company will inform you about changes and innovations in the product offer, about benefits, discounts, and the use of coupons, and about activities and prize games. If you do not want to receive push notifications, you can turn this option off in your mobile device settings.
The mobile application requires GPS tracking for the purpose of preventing abuse when using the remote drawer opening functionality. The application allows remote opening only at a distance of a few meters. The functionality is primarily intended for better contactless lifting and ease of the process. If you do not want to have GPS tracking turned on, the app will alert you that you need to make sure of your current location.
The Coolomat Pick-Up mobile app is only allowed to people over the age of 12, but up to the age of 15 only under parental supervision. If the mobile application is used by minors under the age of 15 without parental supervision, they violate these general terms and conditions, which may prevent the company from accessing or using content in the mobile application and otherwise prevent the delivery of any email or other communication with the application. The company reserves the right to change or update the mobile application and its contents at any time, in any way and without reason or without stating a reason, without prior notice. The company does not accept any responsibility for any consequences of such changes. Due to technical or functional upgrades of the mobile application, the company reserves the right to publish a new version of the mobile application. The user will be informed about the new version of the Coolomat Pick-Up mobile application either through the application itself or through the store from which the mobile application is downloaded, or the application update on the device may also occur automatically. The company does not accept any responsibility for any consequences of such changes. The company can stop providing the mobile application at any time by informing the users in an appropriate way (eg. on the website). The user has the right to stop using the mobile application at any time, by deactivating the user account and deleting the application from their device or devices (mobile phone, tablet, computer).
