Agreement of data use
At the time of registration, we ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By doing so you agree to the processing of the personal data given at the time of registration. Data is used for the delivery of services to registered users, specifically:
- • sending notifications about reservation status via e-mail or mobile number,
- • use of name and surname in the electronic messages and order inspection.
Data expiration
Your personal data will be saved until its use has been completed or until you withdraw your consent. At the time of registration, you are informed that you can withdraw consent at any time. To withdraw your consent you must inform the personal data administrator. The legality of data processing prior to cancelation will not be disputed.
Your rights:
As an individual, you have the right to access, update, delete, or oversee the distribution of your personal data. You have the right to object data processing based on (e) or (f) of the 1st paragraph of article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or for the purpose of marketing. We inform you that your rights are not absolute, they are limited by current legislation. The right to legal protection is granted in Article 77 of the GDPR. Data processing is based on your consent confirmed at the time of registration (GDPR, article 6, par. 1). At registration, you acknowledge that your personal data is valid and you have been informed about your rights.
At registration:
1. You agree your data to be used for, user profile creation on the reserve.coolomat.com portal and providing service intended for registered users.
Services of the reserve.coolomat.com portal include e-mails related to normal functioning of the web portal and user orders analysis.
2. Your agree your data to be used for communication purposes like sending information about the content related to reserve.coolomat.com and status of reservations i.e. orders.
